See what changed in a tender notice

For suppliers considering a public-sector contract: compare published notices to spot changed deadlines, status updates and amendment notes.

A tender is an invitation for suppliers to bid for a public contract. This tool checks records published on Find a Tender, the United Kingdom’s central public procurement service; it does not cover every country’s procurement portals. The contract work itself may be outside the UK.

Look up a tender history

Paste a Find a Tender notice link or enter its notice ID. You can also enter an OCDS procurement identifier.

An OCDS procurement identifier also works.

057956-2025 · an archived notice, not an open bid

Don’t have a notice yet? Browse opportunities on Find a Tender.

Find the notice ID at the end of the official notice link, for example 057956-2025.

Example: a UK tender deadline moved by one day

Historical example, not an open opportunity. The notice for “Specialist Cleaning, Cleaning, Clearances and Adhoc Services”, published on 19 September 2025, recorded two changes:

Both times were published with a UTC+01:00 offset. These are explicit old/new values in the amendment, not dates inferred from a sentence.

What a supplier should check: submission and opening are different events. An opening-date change alone would not establish a new submission deadline. Compare the labelled fields, then read the latest buyer documents before acting.

Read the original amendment · View its official data record. Use “Try a historical example” above to inspect the available history, including notices published after this amendment.

How it works

  1. Find the notice. Open the opportunity on Find a Tender and copy its link or ID.
  2. Compare its history. Your browser sends one ID to Felovo, which requests the published record from the official service. Felovo does not store the submitted identifier.
  3. Check the sources. Review changes and follow the notice links to verify details with the buyer.

What the comparison shows

Results can include deadline and procurement-status changes, original amendment text, when each release was published, and links to the source notices. Some source histories are incomplete, and amendment wording may need interpretation. These are source claims, not confirmed current deadlines, so check the buyer’s latest materials before acting.
