Keep extra work and client decisions together.
A client asks for another page, a new integration or a different delivery date. Write down what changes, the extra price and the effect on your schedule, then share a link for their response.
Create a free account with your email and password to return to your saved records, or try a guest record without signing up. Each record expires 30 days after creation.
One proposal, one version, one response
- Describe the original work and the requested addition. Enter its price and schedule impact.
- Keep the record in your account, or save your private guest management link. Share only the separate client link.
- Your client can record a response to that version. You can see it in the record and export the history.
- If the proposal changes, create a new version for a fresh response. Earlier decisions remain attached to the earlier terms.
What happens when the price changes?
For example, suppose a fictional client approves a USD 480 addition. You then revise the work and price to USD 525.50. The earlier approval stays with the USD 480 version; it does not approve the revised proposal. The new version needs its own response.
This is useful when a change moves through several rounds of discussion. The record keeps the proposed work, amount and response in one place. It does not replace a conversation with your client.
Know what a shared link means
Anyone holding a client link can access its proposal version and submit the available response. Names are optional and unverified. This tool does not authenticate a client, provide a legal signature or determine the legal effect of a response.
For guest records, keep your management link private: it controls revisions, client-link revocation and deletion. You can attach a guest record to your account using that link. Save an export if you need a copy. Revisions do not extend the 30-day expiry.
Free accounts and server storage
Your account and records are saved on Felovo’s server. Sign in with your email and password to see your records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. There is no checkout, subscription or charge.
Save the recovery code shown when you register. You can use it if you forget your password. We do not send verification or password-reset emails, and an email address is not proof of identity. You can change your password or delete your account from account settings.
Felovo hosts the trial records. The app explains its storage, access and measurement before you create a record or respond. Use only information needed to describe the change.
