What these tools record.

The calculator runs its measurements and calculations in your browser. Quilt dimensions, units, available fabric length, and selected options are not included in measurement events.

Tender change comparison

When you submit a public Find a Tender notice ID, procurement ID or supported official URL, your browser sends it to Felovo. We use it during the request to retrieve up to three pages of public notice history from the official Find a Tender API. That service receives the public identifier and Felovo’s server address; we do not forward your browser IP address to it.

We do not intentionally retain submitted identifiers, API responses or reports after the request. Reports are marked no-store. Public notice text may contain names and other details supplied by the publisher; we omit email addresses from displayed text and limit long passages. We process this public material to present relevant changes, relying on our legitimate interest in providing the comparison. Source links take you to Find a Tender, whose privacy notice applies to that visit.

For abuse prevention, the web server temporarily uses IP addresses in memory to limit lookup rates. This is separate from aggregate measurement and does not create a persistent visitor profile. Only enter a public notice identifier; do not enter personal or confidential information.

AI Release Check

Imported runs, expected outputs, rules and review notes are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded, automatically saved or sent to a model provider. Downloaded projects and reports contain your inputs and notes; they remain wherever you save or share them. Closing the page loses unsaved work.

Fixed, bodyless events count page opens, successful comparisons, report download requests and nonbinding interest in a proposed USD 49/month team workspace. Separate counters mark comparisons and report requests after importing your own runs, and interest following such a report request. These counts cannot identify repeat visitors, qualified users, saved files or purchases. Event types are deduplicated within a page load after acknowledgement; retries can repeat requests. No file content, filename, case ID, review note or persistent identifier is attached. The proposed workspace is unavailable and no payment is taken. You can use AI Release Check without usage measurement.

Event agenda and crew sample

Speaker names, companies, sessions and AV notes are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded or saved by Felovo. Downloaded HTML files remain wherever you save them; crew files include your internal notes. The sample does not autosave.

Scope-change accounts and records

Scope accounts: If you register, Felovo stores your normalized email address, a salted password hash, hashed recovery/session secrets and links to your owned records in its private server database. Plaintext passwords are not retained. The email is a sign-in identifier; it is not verified and no verification or password-reset email is sent. Save your recovery code when it is shown. Account settings let you change your password or delete the account and its owned records.

An essential Secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie. Logging out invalidates that session. Password change and recovery invalidate previous sessions. Accounts remain until deleted; record expiry still applies separately. We use bounded temporary authentication-attempt records to limit abuse, without retaining raw email or IP addresses in those records. Account email and authentication data are not included in client views, record exports or aggregate usage counts.

Scope-change records: Felovo stores the proposal fields, amounts, version history, response and optional unverified respondent name so that the people holding the private links can use the record. Guest management links or the owning signed-in account control revisions, client-link revocation and deletion. Anyone holding a client link can access its version; links do not verify a person's identity. Share only the intended client link and only information needed for this task.

Scope records expire 30 days after creation. Revisions do not renew that period. Expired records are inaccessible and removed from the active database by cleanup that runs at startup and hourly while the service is running. Owners can delete a record through the management view. The app creates no database backups; exports are your responsibility and recovery is not promised. This is active-record deletion, not a guarantee of forensic erasure from storage media or that the hosting provider has no snapshots.

Basic usage measurement

Scope measurement retains daily totals for created records, responses and exports, plus historical nonbinding interest in an earlier proposed USD 12/month workspace. That offer is no longer shown because saved-record lists are now free. Known demo records are excluded. Per-record flags prevent repeated milestones from being counted repeatedly; these flags expire with the record. Daily totals contain no proposal text, names, access links, visitor identifier or IP address and can remain after deletion. Counts do not establish independent people or purchases. No workspace is currently for sale.

On the calculator page, Felovo sends a small first-party, bodyless event when the page opens, after a valid comparison is calculated, or when the print button is used. No custom data is attached to the event. As with any web request, the server receives connection information such as your IP address and browser headers in transit. Aggregate event records retain only the event time, event name, request status, and a coarse automated-traffic flag. The event request does not include measurements, units, source-page details, referrer information, or URL query parameters.

For tender comparisons, fixed first-party events count page views, lookup attempts, rendered reports, source-link clicks and lookup errors. Additional fixed counters distinguish known historical-example inputs from other inputs, and example histories from other rendered histories. Other inputs can include errors and do not establish real bidding intent. This classification happens without attaching the input to the event. Each event type is counted at most once per rendered page. No identifier, notice content, form body, referrer or persistent visitor ID is attached. Counts represent actions, not distinct people.

The event sample uses fixed events for page loads, both output requests after a source edit, and interest in a proposed USD 19 edition. A separate interest counter records when both output requests followed the latest edit in the same page load. These are requests, not evidence of saved files, distinct people, customers or purchases. Acknowledged event types are not sent again during the same page load; retrying after a lost or failed response may repeat a request. No speaker, session, note, filename, project content or persistent ID is attached. An interest button records a nonbinding response, not an order or reservation. You can use the event sample without usage measurement.

You can use the calculator without usage measurement or use tender comparison without usage measurement. On the calculator and tender pages, each event type is requested at most once per page load; measurement failures do not affect the tools. The site does not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics. Private scope links identify access to a record, not a verified person. No measurement data is sold or shared with advertising services. We use these aggregate counts to decide whether the tools are useful.

Server records

Routine access logging for site pages and tender lookup requests is disabled. The tender application does not write request or response content to logs. Aggregate event logs are retained for 45 daily rotations (approximately 46 days). Security and error logs can contain an IP address and request details and are retained for 14 daily rotations, approximately 15 days. Previously created shared-server logs follow the same retention period.

Responsibility and contact

Felovo is a website of Välkommen In, a non-profit organization.

The publisher is Felovo. We process necessary connection/error information to operate and protect the service, and correspondence to respond to requests, on the basis of those legitimate interests. Daily statistical summaries may be retained beyond the log-rotation period; they contain event counts, not visitor identities.

For a privacy question, contact info@felovo.com. If you choose to email us, your email provider and our mail service handle that correspondence. Please do not send quilt files, confidential tender materials or sensitive personal details. We use your message to address your inquiry; do not assume messages are automatically deleted on a fixed schedule.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion or objection to applicable processing by contacting us, and raise concerns with your local data-protection authority. This notice applies to the Felovo web experiment and may be updated if its data practices change.
